In collaboration with other Orcutt merchants, we are participating in the “First Friday” festivities on August 5th. The theme is Heirloom Tomatoes, so Chef Adam Measurall has worked them into his weekend specials that will be available beginning Thursday, August 4th, throughout the weekend until we sell out.

The steak special this weekend will be Beef Caprese – grilled 8 oz top sirloin with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil oil and fried baby artichokes in a spicy tomato sauce for $30.

The fish special will be Grilled King Salmon with an heirloom tomato and bacon relish served alongside roasted fingerlings and green beans paired with a sun-dried tomato butter sauce for $29.
