Chef Adam Measurall has announced the weekend specials that will be available beginning Friday, August 19, throughout the weekend until we sell out. He will be featuring hand picked Righetti Ranch sweet corn that is grown just a few miles from the tavern.
Our beef special is a stout braised short rib served with sweet fresh corn & herb polenta, crispy onions, baby romanesco and natural au jus. $28
The fish special this weekend is a blue crab stuffed steelhead trout with sweet corn risotto and dressed argula. $32
This weekend, Chef Adam is also offering a special seasonal appetizer: Sweet corn & chive fritters with chipolte cheese fondue. $10
