Once again this week Chef Adam has come up with delicious and innovative weekend specials featuring home grown Righetti Ranch corn. The corn is hyper local and fresh from the ranch to your table. We invite you to enjoy this seasonal treat. Specials will be available beginning Friday, September 2, throughout the weekend until we sell out.

This weekend’s beef special is red oak grilled tri-tip served with sweet corn & pinquito bean salsa, roasted garlic Yukon gold mash, avocado verde and blistered Shishito peppers. $24

The fish special this weekend features red oak grilled white sea bass served with sauteed Brussels sprout leaves, bacon lardons, celery root puree, and brown butter corn relish sauce. $29
